please offer me some help

1. any with (s)?
when should i put (S) after any
e.g
a) do you have any questions
b) if you have any question, please contact me at ....
c) you must not offer services unless....

2. which one is correct (during an job interview)
a) after hearing from you about...
b) after what i heard from you you about...

3.is this correct (writing an e-mail)
please find attached the invoice for.... and settle the payment accordingly by 31 Dec, 2011.

4. A copy of / Copies of
i have problem in using these phrases
what i know is
a copy of documemt (1 copy of a 1 document or more document)
copies of document ( 2 or more copies of 1 doument or more documents)
is that correct? if that is the case then it is ok to say a copy of thier passport?
and please give me more examples about these phrases

1. a question / any questions. ('any question' is incorrect, though you may hear it.)

2. Either, though in most cases (a) would probably leave the best impression. Warning: In some contexts the two phrases would be interchangeable, but in others only one of the two would be right.

3. a copy of a document - 1 copy of 1 document.
a copy of the documents - 1 copy of each of more than 1 document
copies of the document - more than 1 copy of 1 document.
copies of the documents - 1 or more copies of more than 1 document

"a copy of their passports"
