What are you trying to say? Can you write the whole sentence?
Generally speaking, no preposition is required: I am online.

Both "in online" and "at online" are incorrect. Normally you don't need a preposition -- you can just say "online". However, one would need to see the complete sentence to be sure.

By the way, if there's one English word that you should learn to spell correctly, it's "grammar"!

"I am not online" is correct. The word "I" should be capitalised.

The word "I" is capitalised. The first words of sentences are capitalised. If you care at all about using English correctly then you should pay attention to proper capitalisation.

Yes, you can use "I am not online" in the situation you describe, but of course you need extra words to explain the extra information. For example, you could say "I'm not online much these days because I'm pretty busy with work." (Note that this implies you don't use the Internet for work.)

In everyday circumstances, and assuming we're talking about connection to the Internet, I think "I am not online" is more likely. This is because the word "online" has gained a general currency and popularity that "offline" has not. "I am offline" sounds to me more narrow and IT-focused.
