'To carry through' means to bring something to a finish:
the operation was carried through without incident.

'To carry away' is to take away or to demolish:
the chicken house was carried away in the storm.

Also, the expression 'to get carried away' has the sense of 'to get overcome with emotion or excitement':
she got carried away by the beautiful organ music.
