A company has announced that it wishes to build a large factory near your community. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this new influence on your community. Do you support or oppose the factory? Explain your position. The development of technology has expanded industries in many areas. Recently, the decision of establishing a factory near my town has brought about controversial argues. A group of people argue against, while the others argue in favor of this issue. Quite naturally, while this decision will lead into some merits and demerits for my town, majority of people hold the view the disadvantages of this phenomenon overweighs the advantages. On the one hand, it is undeniable that to build a manufactory in proximity of my town will result in a significant economical development. To put it more blunt, this factory will fertilize our economy due to both creating new job vacancies and injecting money to mu town. By this I mean, the rate of unemployment will decrease and the existing businesses have the opportunity to take the advantages of making contribution toward the new business. To illustrate my point, the transportation system, other manufactories, service sector like restaurant and son one, will enjoy from the moneys being created by the new factory. on the other hand, it is regrettable that the new factory is not beneficial for the original nature of my town. As a matter of fact air pollution and water contamination are the least usual subsequent of all factories. It is noteworthy that in the future lots of measures should be taken to eliminate the perilous effects being caused by this factory in terms of nature and health of people which are all harmful from an economic point of view. To Illustrate my point, some years later my town have to build some more clinics and hospitals and additionally make affords to clean up rivers and lands which are all very expensive activities
