My boyfriend said " I love you too, though." #1 (permalink) Tue Jul 26, 2011 15:58 pm   My boyfriend said " I love you too, though."

Last night we were talking on aim and I said to him "Have a good night and I love you." He replied, " I love you too, though. Good night." I thought the word though means "But"?

Does it mean he is telling me "I love you too, but good night" or " I love you too, but.... Good night?"

Thanks.

Hard to say what exactly he meant. It sounds like he meant "I love you too, but I need to go now. Good night." Yes, though is like but.
