I have not been here long. I have 2 questions:

1) Why my signature not appear?
2) Can I put a website link in my signature?

First you must reach a certain threshold of posts (I don't know how many) in order for your signature to appear.

Not sure about that. Wait for someone in the know to asnwer that.
However, the general guidelines are you cannot advertise here without permission from the owner of the site.

The acceptance of a website link depends on the website and purpose. If you are going to use it for advertising, then it is unlikely to be accepted.
