Help me to improve my Speaking

Ok guys, this problem i have making me nervous.
My communication skill, speaking and writing are really bad.This is my the weakest skill of English. I understand 98% when someone speaking in English, i'm also watching English movies and i understand them, i watch them with English subtitles.

I am scared when, someone will ask me in English and i know the answer but i am not sure if it's right. I also have grammar errors when i try to speak English.

What is the best way to learn English? And how many times a day should i spend learning English.

I am trying to read English books loud so i can hear my words in English, I also watching English programs like discovery channels. and Animal Planet.

Practice, practice, practice. I think consistency is key. I think a short time every day is far more productive then speaking a large amount one day, then taking a couple weeks off. Try to practice a little each day. Don't put to much pressure on yourself. It's hard to see you're own progress when learning a language. Also, make mistakes. Don't be afraid when you talk in English. Just talk!! You will make mistakes and that's great!

Watching movies is a great way to learn. Play your favorite parts over and over. Try to imitate how they speak.

Tons of ways to connect with native speakers online too. Look around for a Skype language exchange partner.

Sometime, I have an english listening problem . I think we must find language exchange partner just like TutorBrian suggestion, practice practice practice.

I agree with the ideas of consistent practices for learning English language skills. I would emphasize on intensive reading and listening to authentic English. You need to have passionate attitude to the English language; and for that you should have sufficient explanations to yourself why English is so essential for you.

hello, Bojan! Everyone knows there is no quick way to learn English, the only way is practice and practice!! You can understand most of what they say, it is much than me!! Don't be afraid to make mistakes, just speak out!
