52° degrees below zero - and: children are the best part of mankind!

Helo Yuri
I really apreciated your recent posts, and I'm so pleased with your sentences about children! It's exactly what I thought your feelings to be, so nice and kind. I can easily imagine you as a teacher, and one can find your kindness and full-hearted devotion to your school children everywhere, in what you do, say and feel.
You could either frame those sentences and hang them in every livingroom - or post them through the internet - and I'm sure our world would be a better one!
As for the temperatures: they say that we will get some cold wheather coming from your area the next weekend. Right now, it's 5 ° below zero, but they expect we will have -15° here.
Next week we will go skiing, so I most certainly won't be able to post any messages. And the last days before a vacation are always hard work. But I will be back after the 13. February.
Please give my best wishes to your school children, and I hope, school can start soon again and you will see them.
Cheers Urs

Hello Yuri,

No hard feelings???

I looked for a poem in English. Unfortunately I didn't find its English translation.

But I found a link where there are poems translated into Russian from this one of our best poets. His name: Endre Ady. I was very happy that the Russian translated so many poems from this poet. What I looked for there isn't of course among them. But I send to you the link.

http://spirospero.net/ADYRus.html

If you have a little spare time look into it.

I don't know which one is my favourite but now these ones have touched me.

Подброшенный камень and Черное форепьяно

Of course in Russian I wouldn't understand if there wasn't next to it the Hungarian poems.

Please, don't misunderstand me.

Kati

I love this poem very much:
Осень прокралась в Париж
