on her cell = cellphone... the American term for a mobile phone. You are correct.

Reach (your hand) through (the bars of, that is 'into') a lion's cage. (Remember that this is the wrong answer, so there is no correct context here.)

Hello Beeeneees.

Is this right sentence''convert this file into USB,I have to photo copy it.'' or another verb should be used instead of ''convert''.

That's not right. As USB is not a file format, you cannot 'convert' a file to it.

Assuming that you have a photocopier which will accept USB drives, I think you mean either:
Transfer this file onto a USB (drive /stick). I have to photocopy it.
or
Copy this file onto a USB (drive/stick). I have to photocopy it.

Note that 'photocopy' is one word.

Can I say also; turn this file to a USB ?

& what is the difference between "to" & "onto / into" ?

No, you can't 'turn' it either. You need 'on' or 'onto' in this case. You are placing it on the USB stick (in the memory).

Dear Beeeneees, when we say thanks to someone and she replies ''any time'', what does it mean?

It is similar to 'You're welcome'. It is a very shortened version of 'I'll be happy to help you any time I can or any time you ask."
