He's got the flu.

In my grammer book there are: to have flu, pneumonia, mumps without 'the'',
so is it a mistake in:He's got the flu.?

There's not mistake. Use of 'the' is common with 'flu'.
The same does not apply to pneumonia or mumps (or most common ailments), though. They would not take the article.
