'Music' is assumed, there is no article asyou are speaking of the entire genre.

That specific genre of music takes a definite article.
She loves Blues music.
She loves the Blues.
There's not one firm rule.

Would be "best" in this sentence like when I say "the most"?
Further, I'd like to ask; is "country music" like "pop" .. or pop is something else ?
