Hi,guys! This is my first essay that I post here and I will be very grateful if you correct it and tell me what you think :) Thanks in advance :)

The college years are the best time of a person’s lifeл agree/disagree reasons to support your answer.

Many people believe that college is a waste of time and start working immediately after finishing high school. But for the most people university opens a big variety of opportunities. They meet new people, study in different unknown to this point town, or even go abroad to continue their education. It is said that college years are the best time of a person’s life and I think just the same.
Firstly, I reckon that going at university is a great start of one’s real life. People not only study but they learn life-related lessons. They become independent; get a moral from their mistakes. Nobody says that these years are easy. A student will meet a lot of challenges, will have to deal with many obstacles but in these way they will acquire experience which will be useful in the future. Students will have to climb many mountains until they reach the peak of their graduation. But it is said – no pain, no gain. Many people become more self-confident thanks to the years at the university. They feel less fear to communicate and to express their thoughts.
Secondly, going to a new place is a challenge itselfs. First year students meet a whole new, interesting world, full of emotions. Many people say that they have stroke up their best friendships at university, no matter if they had met at a party or while studying at the library. And when it comes to parties it is believed that college parties are the best. Studying during the day and having fun during the night is a typical college feature.
To sum up, year at the university could really be the best of a person’s life providing they get the most of them. What I mean is that many undergraduates fly in the sky during their first year but gradually they become more and more self-reliant and depend less on their parents. That is the main idea of the college – not only to give you a good package of knowledge, but also to introduce you to the real life and to show you that not everything is pink and there are difficulties you should tackle on your own. That’s why I think college years are not only the best but also very important.
