Hi Vitaly,
It's acceptable to say arrive in when you are referring to the arrival of people/things available with the meaning of appear or suddenly be present somewhere. You could say: The latest computer accessories are now available in most stores/shops. You can also say: The latest computer accessories have arrived in most shops.
