Marsha didn't leave yet, did she?- can we use ''yet' also with Past Simple tense?
Shouldn't it be:
Marsha hasn't left yet, has she?

or both sentences are acceptable? do the both sentences have the same meaning?

Both sentences are acceptable. 'didn't' in this context is used in the US. It is rarely used this way in the UK.
