You should've been more careful.
The first time I have seen the shorter form: should've, does it mean:
should have?
for should not have been ,is: shouldnt've been? - I don't like it...

Thank You.

should've is should have.

The negative abbreviated term, shouldn't've is not used (written).
Shouldn't have is as abbreviated as it gets.

'as <smthng> as it gets' = It is never seen any more <smthng> than that.
examples

as cold as it gets - it never becomes any colder
as small as it gets - it never becomes any smaller
as amazing as it gets - it has never appeared any more amazing

Yes, 'something'
Anything -- including adjectives -- can be called something when we are referring to the words themselves.
'something' here simply indicates a word of any description at all.
