Aren't you due for a raise?= Do you deserve a raise (a larger salary)?

Why don't we review the contract again?
All right. Let's go over it one more time.= Let's review it one more time?

Many thanks :-)

Has the fixed period of time passed before you are contractually due to be considered for (or automatically get) a bigger salary?

go over it - yes.

What does it mean: 'due' in 'to be contractually due'?
thanks

'contractually due' is not a phrase:
before you are contractually / due for a raise

Before it is time to give you a raise as set out in your contract of employment.
