government should spend as much money as possible in developing computers.

Computers do help the society's development. Computers have acted as excellent assistants in many areas, such as science researches, the statistic analysis, the condition monitors, etc. We can conclude that the whole society would be paralyzed without computers. In the light of this condition, some people hold the opinion that governments should spend as much money as possible to buy the computer. They find human could do things more complicated with the help of the computers. Also, computers could be useful in improving efficiency. However, I do not consider government should put all budget on computer buying and developing, for there is much area that should be pay as much attention as the computer area which is also important for our human beings.

The first one is the education. It is stupid for government to cut down the budget to add to computer area. Human is who can manipulate the machines, so the main support of the improving is us instead of computers. The main purpose of education is to teach people how to live in society, how to adapt to society and how to change the society. In other words, computer is a tool which helps people to reach their destination, not the control of the world. The direction of the world changing and the velocity of the change is determined by people. Thus, I think the education is the most important area which government should put in a lot of money. Moreover, computers are a production which is designed and made by people. Spend money on education would also help people to acquire knowledge on computer. Then people could use their knowledge to improve the computer technology. What is more, not all people need the computer, but they still the foundation of the country, such as the workers in factory or the doctors. They devoted themselves in their own area but they seldom use computers. The facilities they need is as important as the computers. They should not be forgotten since they dedicate much to the society, either.

In addition, the medical security system is another important area which is need to improve. The medical security is related to all of the citizens in one country. In my opinion, it is expensive for common people who go to the hospital to see the doctor. If the government could spend their money on this area, people would feel they are safe and would not worry about the sick. With this sense of safe, people would be willing to devote themselves to their own works. In opposite, people who have no access to the medical treat would feel unsafe. They would feel dispointed to the county, so they need to work off their anger to the country which would make the country unrest and cause to chaos.

To put all in a shell, it is unwise to put that much money in computer. Though developing computer science could be help, there are many areas to pay attention as well.
