shouldn't it be:
What should the woman do onto Bay Street?
because in the text there is: left onto Bay Street.

2. turn right onto Fourth Avenue, not: turn right at Fourth Avenue?

3.the train station exit = the exit from train station?

1. 'Onto' would not work in the question.
'at Bay Street' = when she gets to Bay Street.
'left onto Bay Street" left entering Bay Street.

2. 'at' would also work. 'At' and 'onto' are interchangeable there.
