why i choose early child care profession?
I chose early childcare assistant, because i have a good skill in negotiation and making successful deals. The age of 5 and under, those children are so innocent and curious and they interact with you and look at you as if you were one of the smartest people on earth. I think at that age children need a positive and pleasant influence in their lives. I like being that person for them. I like everyone at any age but the little ones are my absolute favorite to work with. So the reason I became part of the childcare profession is because I wanted to be a piece of the positives in their life.
BODY STRUCTURE:
I Enjoy working with children and have a sense of commitment towards them. I have a high level of energy and a good sense of humor. I have patient and can multi-task. I have good written and verbal communication skills. I am friendly, creative, responsible, and willing to learn. I am able to work with diverse groups of people. My plans prepares and implements developmentally appropriate activities to facilitate Social, cognitive, physical and language development in participating with children also want to establishes and maintains positive relationships with families that supports children.I also want to make a Trust, respect and support relationship with children. And I also want to apply these 4 Professionals Attributes:
a. I have a sense of humor and a good imagination.
b. I will Accepts children’s individuality.
C i am Sensitive to children’s feeling.
d. I will listen to children and attempts to understand their feelingsSome Good qualities of an ECA:
• Have a sound knowledge of subject matter.
• Take a personal interest in each child.
• Establish a caring/loving/warm atmosphere.
• Show enthusiasm with children.
• Conduct thorough instructional planning/organizing.
• Child oriented.
• Show enthusiasm with children.
There are 12characteristics of an ECA include:
(1) Passion about children and teaching (2) perseverance (3) risk taking
(4) Pragmatism,(5) patience, (6) flexibility, (7)respect,(8) creativity, (9)authenticity(10) Love of learning (11) high energy(12) sense of humor.
I will enhance the lives of children by providing them with learning objective. As a good educator will try prepare the environment so that children learn through active exploration and discovery. Outdoor play and appropriate time and equipment will develop the large and small motor skills of young children, Engaging parents as partners in understanding the unique characteristics and needs of young children. Observing and interpreting children's behavior, use bias-free assessment tools based on developmental norms. Promote equity and justice by creating a community that fosters respect, understanding, and an appreciation of differences.
