Hi Jesus,
Very briefly question tags follow this pattern: positive followed by negative/ negative followed by positive.
Some examples:
You do understand, don't you? When you ask this question, you expect the other person to agree that they understand.
You don't understand, do you? When you ask this question, you expect the other person to agree that they don't understand.
If you take a look at English Grammar Exercises and look at Elementary level Tests 29,30,31 Question Tags, you will see some tests I've written for the site. If you do these 3 tests, you may get some help in understanding Question Tags.
