Go out of the door at the East side of the building.
The office will be halfway along the block (the area bounded by rour rectangular intersecting streets) of buildings. _________________ Cheers m' dears! |

sorry, roar=typo for 'four'.
There's no easy way to distinguish up and down the street unless it is on a hill so it is obvious. You have to know what the locals say. _________________ Cheers m' dears! |

Hi Saneta,
This 'up' or 'down' use is often used to indicate 'north' or 'south'. For example I live about 20 miles north of central London and I would say: We're going down to London tonight. If I lived in a town like Brighton, which is about 60 miles south of London on the south coast, I would say: We're going up to London tonight.
