A dictionary of idioms is called "Idiom dictionary" or "Idioms dictionary"?

I actually prefer "dictionary of idioms". Otherwise I would plump for "idiom dictionary" on the grounds that attributive nouns are almost always singular. However, it seems that a number of publishers of such dictionaries disagree.
