1. The way we're growing = The way our company or office is developing?
2. What can be inferred about the Mason Building?
It is not located downtown-CORRECT, why? because it concerns Water Street, not the Mason Building?
3. $2,000 a month = should I read and write: two thousand a month?
4. a 1,500-square foot office= a one thoudsand five hundred - square foot office?
5. 2,000 square feet= two thousand square feet

many thanks

1. The man doesn't want to move downtown to the building which is first mentioned, so he asks about the Mason Building instead - this must mean that the Mason building is not downtown.

3. two thousand dollars a month

You are right about all the others.
