Translation of a sample SALES CONTRACT

Please can you do me a favour to correct my sample contract? I mean related to the word choices of English and Grammar, as you can see from my subject this is a translation of sample contract, so the form and conditions which are showed on it are all applied in my country. That are the basic terms and law in Vietnam.
Please just let me know if there is any inconvenient would bring you to a halt.

Translation of a Sample Contract

SALES CONTRACT

Based on the ability and requirement of two parties:

Two parties have agreed to sign this contract under the following terms and conditions:

Grand total:

Packing: goods are packed in a 50kg/bag, exclude the package 0.2kg/ bag.
Specification: with an enclosed sample of good
The quality standards are depended on the fixed quality of manufacturer.
Commodity shall be in fresh and good conditions.
Buyer shall reply on the quality inspection of SGS to be payable condition.

2/ DESTINATION – DELIVERY TIME
Destination: --------------------------
Seller has a responsibility for inland transportation.
Each party will pay for their own discharging.
Delivery time: From --------- to---------------
Buyer being unloaded ------------metric tons/day.

3/ PAYMENT METHODS
Part B will pay 100% by TT within…….days from the date of issuing the commercial invoice, if payment is made later than the above date, part B will be payable 1.0% interest /month with the owing money.
Part A will provide the commercial invoice which is based on the law of ministry of trade.

4/ SUPPLEMENT TERMS
In condition of Part A can’t deliver the enough quantities, Part A shall penalty 10% amount of the balance of goods. Part B will keep the 10% amount of total contract and make the full payment right after Part A have provided sufficient quantities of the contract.

With my previous post which was subjected that " a translation of a sample contract", I want to apologize for the mistake have made. In fact, it was a draft's contract, but due to it wasn't good enough so I hope that can have your help to correct it.

Place
Promotion

Produce a valuable product
Give it a fair price
Put it in a place where the consumer is
Promote said product so the consumer knows that it exists, knows where to find it, sees that it provides good value (low price/quality ratio), and... hence...
