The leaders play a profound role in our social life. And when it comes to leadership, many people would argue that a successful leader should keep every member involved in the decision making process-that is to say, an efficient leader SHOULD make everyone feel part of the solution which is put forward by themselves. As I see it, I quite agree with these kinds of ideas. Here are some reasons for supporting the ABOVE STATEMENT.
First of all, joining in the decision making process cAN reflect that everyone is responsible for the program of the project. And EACH INDIVIDUAL member cAN spare no efforts to do their best to should ON his or her own part. Suppose that the leader takes every decision himself without asking, the member will feel offended and soon will be tired of doing his or her own part of job. Until then, this team would not achieve its goals and fail to continue its own work. Accordingly, a successful leader should make everyone shoulder his or her own responsibilities.
SecondLY, for members, it is A GREAT ACHIEVEMENT to see that theIR leader HAS FAITH IN THEM could put his faith on them. It is said that, with confidence and gratitude, the worker cAN do his or her job better. They do their job not just for finishing the task, but also for their own sake-fulfilling their needs of commitment. Everyone in the team would not be suffering from the tasks, but enjoying the jobs. So the team could be more efficient.
Further, different people would have different ideas about the same issue. Keeping everyone involved in can make the program better and even perfect, so to speak, the team cAN take every aspect into consideration and propose a better plan.
Based on all these arguments above, I would argue that a successful leader should know the power of a group, and try to make others feel that they are part of the decision making process.
