I like TOEIC listening exercises very much. But it seems that the people who play the roles in the conversations are the same sex (male only). It's difficult for me to distinguish whose voice is female or male. Therefore it's not highly motivating.

You can listen more than once to recognize who is female. It's not a big deal:).
