"Nowadays, it is easier to be successful in the compare of past"
Everyone tries to achieve success in all over the world, but is it easier in today's world, or in the past people could achieve it with fewer problems? I believe that in the pass people could reach to their goals easier. We live in a world with more complex rather than past, and it is because of the technology. For a good job and life, people must know more skills, the academic educational are very important, and the relationships have become more difficult.
Nowadays, people say that we have stepped into "The Information Age." In the past, the read and write abilities were enough for finding a good job, but in today's world, the computer skills and foreign language knowledge are vital it. For example, my mother was hired in the army with her Diploma degree, while finding the same job with similar characters is absolutely impossible.
While the world is becoming more and more competitive, the skills on the each person's shoulder becomes heavier. As the technology developed, the need for savvy people increased. In the past, the strength of the workers was important for some kind of works, and they didn't need any especial skill. Nowadays, this kind of jobs have replaced with machines, and employees must know who to work with them. Without high education, it is hard to find a suitable job, and be successful.
Last but not least, In the past most people were kinder. They were sympathetic, and tried to soothe the problems of others. In our world even neighbors do not know each other, and do not help other. With this kind of wild world, some people do illegal activities for more success. It is very hard to be honest, and could mount the steps of success.
We live in the era which technology brings more qualities and facilities for a convenient life, but has destroyed many things. Without enough knowledge and skills getting desires is impossible, and moral values are not important for many people. A bright mind and pure heart are not enough for success which was enough in the pass.
