"Do you believe that the government should pay more for health care issues or environmental issues? "
Both environmental issues and the health care are important. We live in a society which needs parks and a beautiful nature, less pollute, and so on. On the other hand, the mental and physical health of the people are important too, so we must have some centers for the treat them. Select one of these is a dilemma, but as far as I am concerned, I think environmental issues are more vital. There are numerous reasons why I hold confidence on this idea; here I am going to enumerate some primary ones.
First of all, I believe that if some environmental problems will be solved, many sicknesses will be disappeared. For example, the pollution of the air could be the cause of many breathing illnesses, and also many people are nervous because of the daily traffic. If we have a city with more public transport systems, such as bus, subway, train, etc.; we won't need more hospitals for treating the people who have problems because of air pollution. Omit the source of a problem is better than wait for problem, and then try to approach it.
The second reason is that a beautiful environment could be very helpful for the soul problems. Spending a couple of hours after a hard day could release the stress. I live in a big city which buildings have been more important than the trees and grasses. There are many hospitals which are full of patents. Nowadays, scientists proved that nature could help for decreasing the mental and physical problems of people. My father worked for twenty years in an office in the center of the city, he had got many sicknesses, and doctors suggest him to leave the city, and lives in the countryside. We moved to a village, near the nature, and all the problems are disappeared. Beautiful environment could be a great help for diminish many problems.
Health centers are necessary for a community, but it is better to find the base of problems. According to the points I made above, I can draw the conclusion that the government with spending money for a nice environment could release the physical and mental problems of the nation. With this manner, we will have fewer patents, and won't need more hospitals.
