It is in a very good location near the city center of Leipzig, has 6 bedrooms, a garage, a total living space of 165 square meters and a yard of about 160 square meters. The asking price is 350,000 Euros.

Yes, it would be too big a house for my wife and me. The house is the right size for a small family though.
