In my opinion it willwould be better to hire an experienced worker at a higher salary. If I had a business and I need a new worker to help me, I willwould definitely choose someone who can start working immediately, knows his responsibilities and how to do it right.
First of all, when people got out of who have attended colleges they have aTHE knowledge that [s]they [/s] IS needed to work , but withhaving one diploma you can be hired in many positions and they are have certain refinements that experienced person will know. Hence, If you wont newly hired person to start working immediately you need an experienced one, how definitely will know WHO KNOWS DEFINITELY what to do and how to do it right.
SecondLY of all, do you have time and desire to teach a freshman? You need to spend a lot of time to explain everything to him/her or to ask somebody from your team to do so. It can disturb the mechanism and pace of your business and people who working in it with you. Also, it can lead to a significant losses and you never know how harmful IT can it be and dangerously unstable economical situation.
Finally, it seEms very profitable to hire an inexperienced person, because you will pay less salary to him/her, but taking into account that your business will slow down a lot, and personnel will be disturbed it may lead o a significant loss in your business. Hence, if I will bewere an employer, I would prefer to hire a person that will knowS what to do and how to do it right despite THE FACT THAT I would need to pay A HIGH SALARY.
PS: I am not a native speaker and I am not sure if I have corrected all your mistakes. Advice 1: When you talk about an imaginary situation, use the word "would". Take as example your first sentence. Advice 2: "Second of all" doesn't make sense. Advice 3: Try to paraphrase as much as you can. Don't repeat the same thing in each paragraph. |
