Businesses should hire employees for their entire lives?

Between the choices that business should hire employees for their entire lives or not. In my opinions is that employer should not hire their employees for their entire lives, there have three reasons:

First, for a company, employees is an important part of growth. And how can a company grows which depend on its qualities of employees. Got a job should depend on employees ability. Company choose the employees how con competent and fire who incompetent.

Second, an old saying that goes : time will let people tired. Employee stay in a company with a long time, and that job is guarantee for employee’s entire lives, he or she may loss the passions about their work. Less passions they have, wore quality they make.

The last and most important is about opportunity for the young. Every year has a lot graduate young people to find the job. But company full of employees they be hired whole live, how can the new fresh person to enter the company? Which have the place let then to show their ability.

To sum up that I disagree business should hire employees lives for several reasons among company growth, employees passion and the young people opportunities about find new job.

First, for a company, employees ARE an important part of growth. And how can a company grows which dependS on its qualities of employees. GETTING a job should depend on employees ability. Company HAS THE RIGHT TO choose AND FIRE the employees how con competent and fire who incompetent.

SecondLY, an old saying that goes : time will MAKE people tired. Employee stayING in a company FOR a long time, and WITH A JOB that job is guaranteED for employee’s entire lives, he or she may loOsE the passion[s]s[/s] about their work. Less passions they have, wore quality they make.

The last and most important POINT is about opportunity for the young. Every year has a lot OF NEW graduate young people to find the job LOOK FOR JOBS. IF A COMPANY HIRES EPLOYEES FOR THEIR LIFE TIME, YOUNG PEOPLE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET JOBS AND THESE FRESH MINDS WILL SUFFER AND SO WILL THE COMPANY. To sum up that I disagree business should hire employees FOR THEIR ENTIRE lives for several reasons among company growth, employees passion and the young people opportunities about findING A new job.
