Some people prefer to work for a large company. Others prefer to work for a small company. Which would you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Nowadays, the world is more and more competitive. To be successful , not only do you have to acquire a deep knowledge, but also you need to find a company that suits you. While some choose to work for a large company, others prefer to be employed in a smaller one. Personally, I would like to work for the former after my graduation because of many benefits.

To begin with, I have to admit that I am a sociable person, loving to communicate with people in my society. Thus, when I am in a large company, I will have more opportunities to interact with multiple colleagues because the number of its staff is much more than that of a smaller one. Also, I will learn how to behave properly to some particular kinds of people in particular situations. As a result, I will be a better person in my society.

Furthermore, a large company usually has many profitable and important contracts, to which I will devote my time to work to earn my livings. As a result, if I am successful, I will be able to increase my living standards such as upgrading my house, improving my car, equipping new modern devices, etc. What is more, it will enable me to send a small amount of my sum or buy some gifts for my parents to reciprocate their education and care. Money is not the most important things in our lives; however, if we have enough money, our lives will be much easier and happier. Therefore, I will avoid multiple financial problems and have a more convenient life thanks to my high salary.

Moreover, a large company often offers its staff, especially who are diligent and proficient, many valuable incentives and perks. That is to say, we can have health care, insurance, extra holidays, etc., which a smaller company rarely offers. Take my dad’s case as an example. He is an eligible engineer in a well-knowned large firm. Every year the firm gives him a new cell phone, in addition to winter holiday and quarterly health care. Hence, we will receive a number of benefits when we work for a larger company.

All in all, I believe that a large company will give me chances to promote, to earn higher salary, to communicate with multiple kinds of people and to receive many perks. However, it is quite adverse to be employed in such a large company. Hence, I need to be more and more industrious in studying and gaining life experience to fulfill my dream to be an employee in a large company.
