Don't rent or buy a house, if you have goose skin first time you step onto it , or if you have accident or any disturbances on your way to there to inspect its condition. If you are ignorant enough to go on living there, you will get sick, lose assets, or even you can lose you life or your family member's. [b]Don't even think to outsmart it.
Trust me, I'm telling you through my personal experience. If you can't avoid staying there at all, keep lots of cats ten or more of them. They will sacrifice their lives one by one for you and your family.
Don't keep dogs for this purpose, your opponents will get more angry with you.

regards.

Renting as I knew it, has no security. If your owner cancels your agreement and asks you to leave, you don’t have an option. Sometimes, changing homes too frequently becomes a nightmare for you, if you have a family. Also, you miss out on creating an asset which ownership builds and you do not have the freedom to renovate or change your house according to your liking. Well, there are many debates that will rage on for eternity. One is whether it is cheaper to buy rather than rent a house. However, survey says buying is far cheaper than renting in 98 of 100 large towns.

Dear Elgenn,

Thank you. You're right about to buy a house rather than to rent it, if one can afford it. It's a wise option. But don't buy a haunted house. It may cause you 200% more.

kind regards.
