Neighbors are the people who live near us. In your opinion, what are qualities of a good neighbor? Use specific details and example in your answer.

When someone mentions the word of neighbor, at once the image of the people who live next to our home is come before us. Good neighbor play a vital role in making our life pleasant. A good neighbor should be well manner, polite, dependable, respectable, and friendly and should have good living habit. I will enumerate some of the points to explain it.

First, a good neighbor should be well manner and have good living habit. Neighbors are part of our lives. They have great influence to our brain as well as on our living standard. Kids are usually rambling at streets and in the garden. They have more interaction and connection with the kid’s of our neighbors. If the neighbors will be well manner and have good living habits then our kids can also learn from them, on the other hand, bad neighbors may put worse impact on the character of our kids.

Secondly, good neighbors should have the quality of dependability among them. A neighbor should be trustworthy. Suppose, if one of them travels somewhere, he/she should trust to give the keys of the home in order to care the house in their absence. Likewise, in the time of need if we borrow the money to them, they should return it back at short period of time. Furthermore, good neighbors should be good friends as well. It will help them to understand each others problem and with stand in bad circumstances, when they need each other most. This will drastically help to bring love in the society and a friendly environment will be created.

In addition, a good neighbor should always be ready and alert to support and help its neighbor at the time of crises. Neighbors are more near and more close to us even than our relatives while at the time of accident our relatives couldn’t reach there but our neighbors could approach us immediately in the time of need. If any death happens, a good neighbor should help voluntarily and should try to be the strength at this tragedy to next one. A good neighbor should keep the privacy in mind and never interfering in someone’s personal problem too.

Taking into the account all these factors, we may reach to the conclusion that neighbors have great influence into our lives and also the good neighbor is helpful in many ways or in the other words, they are the blessing of God. In my opinion, we should evaluate ourselves at first place. We must try to be good neighbor and implement all these qualities in ourselves.
