What are some important qualities of a good supervisor (boss)? Use specific details and examples to explain why these qualities are important.

Supervisor is like the pillar of a company. She plays a pivotal role to bring the country towards success and prosperity. There are several qualities that good supervisors should have in common. A good supervisor should has the quality of responsibility, discipline, organization skills, discretion, adroit, finesse, impartiality, good personality, expert in her field, good sense of humor, good understanding capabilities and so on. I will define it more clearly by providing some details.

A good supervisor should be responsible, discipline and a good friend. Supervisor should feel its responsibility when a task is given to her. In each and every work, she should keep the rules of discipline in mind and act upon them strictly in order to be an example to the subordinates. A good boss should treat the all employers fairly. She should be friendly with everyone in the office rather than a dictator. If the boss will be friendly than the subordinates will never hesitate to share any problem when occur. She doesn’t get angry if an employer doesn’t understand and feel need to explain her again and fully. It will provide best environment to the employers to work with determination and hard working.

A good boss has organization skills, finesse, discretion, impartiality, adroit and good understanding capability. The boss organizes each work for her subordinate, she run the whole management so this quality is compulsory for her. She should also be finesse and adroit. If there is any conflict or misunderstanding create among the subordinate so she must implement strong policy and clever enough to cope up with it. Some poor supervisors have the habits of preferring one employer on others. They have favorite employer and they use her to spy on others. It destroys the understanding and the unity among the employer and will be effected to the over all performance of company. A boss should be impartial.

Furthermore, she should be a good personality, expert in her field and good sense of humor. As the personality put great impact on someone so a boss should have good and impressive personality, it will force the subordinate to respect her and act upon her guidance. She should also be expert in her field to understand every situation properly. The good sense of humor will help her to predicate and do precaution to the upcoming challenges to save the firm from the great loss.

In order to run a firm to the mount of success and prosperity and to show the optimum performance, a good supervisor must be medley of all mentioned qualities.
