Question: Unemployment is a serious problem these days in many countries in the world. What is the main reason for unemployment and what can the governments do to solve the problem?

Nowadays, unemployment crisis has been one of the most insurmountable problems all over the world. A wide spectrum of people has been led to some thorny issues like poverty, divorcement, addiction, and etc. due largely to joblessness. In my opinion the only parties who are responsible for this social problem, are governments. By a wise crisis management, governments would be able to take serious actions in order to alleviate this problem.
One of the main reasons for unemployment is the population of jobs seekers is much more than job positions. This burning issue can be controlled by two main actions. Firstly, universities should limit their admissions. Granting admissions must be according to job positions in any particular major. Secondly, governments should attack this problem by generating employment. One example can be establishing plants and factories in which people can have their career. Another solution could be granting financial loans to entrepreneurs in order to supporting them.
Inflation is a negative factor which is very influential on unemployment. The stronger is economic infrastructure, the less poverty would be seen in society. Self-employment plays an important role in economic and has always lowered unemployment statistics, but, it rarely could be seen among countries with high inflation. If governments keep inflation in a low rate, it could be led to economic growth and also appearance of self-employment.
Broadly speaking, authorities can attack unemployment by an organized and unified management system. Unfortunately most poor countries have rich resources of fuel and mineral substances. If they allocate these resources to real needs, unemployment will be kept down and even eliminated.
