You could begin a system of improvement by learning simple rules which you will need to use all the time.

I suggest you try this one first:
The pronoun 'I' is always capitalised.

Hi Vikash, I suggest you start by learning and following the basics. Here is your first lesson: In English we start each sentence with a capital letter and the personal pronoun is always capitalized. Also, we end each sentence with a full stop. Please show me that you have understood this lesson.

There are many more websites that can help you develop your grammar and vocabulary - the two basic things to create a great base for learning English. Try googling "learn words" or "learn vocabulary" to start with. Once you have a good base of vocabulary, go for grammar so that you can put words into appropriate frames.
