Is this sentence correct:

Though I am busy, as this training will improve my knowledge, I am attending to most part of it.

"I am attending to most part of it" is wrong, and I am not completely certain what you mean. You may mean something like "I am attending most classes".

The rest of the sentence is not incorrect, but I personally find the "Though ... as ... I am" construction slightly awkward. I would be tempted to restructure something like this:

"This training will improve my knowledge, so, even though I am busy, I am attending most classes."
