theyre the 2010, they dont come with the updates. the packets generally come in a stapled form. its looseleaf papers that have been stapled to one another. i took the liberty and time to bind them with a spiral so that they come in a book format. if youve ever taken papers to fedexkinkos, and had them make a spiral binder, it looks similar to that.
