She is standing in front of her students lecturing them instead of engaging them. This is typical of the Russian society where authority and hierarchy dominate and rule:

I have never heard of a sheep that has the cuts to challenge me. If he indeed is just a sheep he should watch out for the shepard who will get him back to his flock where he belongs.
