Happiness is not a destination. It is a mood, it is not permanent. It comes and goes and if people thought that way then maybe people would find happiness more often.

Hi Katty,
Happiness is a word we often use about variety of feelings. People found easy to use this word instead of explain exactly what they feel. You can be in a good mood or in a bad mood. Good mood includes happiness.
The world we are living in has two the opposite sides if we dont feel pain we cant value the pleasure.
The things is to learn how to stay in a good mood no matter what is around us.
Good mood will bring you variety of emotions.
all the best
