1. Either of you have given me the gift.
2. Either of you has given me the gift.
3. Either one of you has given me the gift.
4. Neither of you has given me the gift.
Which one is the right expression?

We wouldn't say the first 3; we would say 'One of you has given me the gift.' #4 is correct.
