Hi Karthik,
Welcome to the forum.
Are you a SW engineer? I heard that most Indians are very talented in math and software engineering. How about you? :)

Hi i'm Karthik. #4 (permalink) Sun Oct 09, 2011 23:15 pm   Hi i'm Karthik.

Hi Karthik,
Long time a ago, I read a piece of information talking about the differences between Chinese engineers and Indian engineers. It said a study had shown that when a problem was given to a group of Chinese engineers, they usually got many different answers. But if the same problem was given to a group of Indian engineers, they could get a nearly the same algorithm which solved the problem. I'm not so sure whether it's ture or it was just an exaggeration. But I think it is true that you Indians are educated to solve problems in a special thinking model. I wonder how you did. Do you have any idea?
