"What and all", "who and all" , is there any usage like this?(lot of people use this term ) Eq: what and all documents required for applying ..? etc.. I believe this is not correct usage, what would be better here?

It is not correct.
I have never heard anyone use those terms.

Yeah I know native speakers won't use.. I hope you understand the meaning eventhough that is incorrect , can you suggest correct term

I can't because I don't see the need for anything other than 'all' in the context you give.
