It should be "one of the vehicles..."

As I'm reminded by Googling this, certain models of Toyota car had a flaw whereby the accelerator pedal could get stuck under the mat on the floor of the car (or something like that). These models were recalled -- i.e. owners had to take them back to Toyota dealers to get the problem fixed. This is what they meany by "floor mat recall".
