One of my friend used the following sentence . Is it correct ? If not where it is wrong and how to use it correctly?

Thanks in advance

The sentence is correct English (apart from the missing full stop), but more context is needed to judge whether it was used appropriately.

In that case "I am merely inconvenienced by your mail traffic" is a strange thing to say in normal circumstances. It may be possible if the person is deliberately using over-elaborate language for effect (e.g. is being facetious).

By the way, your use of spaces is haphazard, which makes your writing look messy. You should put one space after a full stop or comma, and no space before. For example:

A sentence . Another sentence. <-- Wrong
A sentence. Another sentence. <-- Correct

When using quotation marks you should not use a space after the opening quote or before the closing quote:

" some quoted text " <-- Wrong
"some quoted text" <--Correct

Thanks Dozy. When typing on net and computer, I use "space" before and after a full stop. I feel comfortable in viewing the same. Just for clarity in viewability.

Thanks for the correction.

I will correct myself.

Facetious. Can I use it like this,

My friend made a facetious remark. Is it correct?

My read would be that she is telling you that she isn't reading your emails and is "merely (slightly) inconvenienced" by the fact that they're in her inbox.

Thanks my friend.

She told that she read my earlier mail in which I told that I will stop further mails to her. But I again sent one more mail on the same day. For this she sent a reply which includes the line I quoted here.

I didn't understand the meaning.

Once again thanks.
