Please comment on these sentences.

They are all OK, except that you should not type a space before a question mark.

#1 -- You see somebody fairly regularly (most days).*
#2 -- You see somebody approximately every week, or it's the start of a new week.
#3 -- You see somebody approximately every month.

*[edited] Sorry, it occurred to me later that this isn't necessarily true. You can say "How are you today" to someone that you've never seen before and aren't likely to see again. This is done e.g. by sales assistants and telephone helpline people.
