I'd say "Leveraging a simple formula allow corporations to create and more-lasting differentiation" means "Formulating a strategy (such as investing with borrowed capital) would usually allow corporation's effort to make a reputable brand new product/service and stand tall in the tough competition within the competitors." How does that sound?

I think it's unlikely that "leveraging" is used in this technical financial sense in the OP's sentence. I think it just means exploiting for the maximum advantage.

What a poorly written sentence! Whoever wrote needs to have his wrist slapped. I'd like to see in context but going on what is written, then I ween:

First of all, you can't "leverage" a formula. In this case, it likely means "using". There is either something missing or there is a subject-verb clash. It should either be "a simple formula allowS" or "simple formulas allow".

And "more-lasting"? How about "longer lasting"? Differentiation means, more or less, distinctness.

So maybe rewrite it as: "Using a simple formula allows corporations to create new and longer lasting distinctness."

I hope that helps.
