1. How much does this pen cost?
2. How much is the price of this pen?
3. How much price is this pen?
4. How much is this pen?
Please correct all the questions?

#1 and #4 are OK.

#2 is grammatically well-formed but illogical. If you want a sentence ending "... is the price of this pen?", it should be "What is the price of this pen?"

#3 is ungrammatical.

Dozy,
1. I want to know how much the price of gold will drop,
2. How much will the price of gold drop?
Are these correct?

Yes (except that you accidentally typed a comma instead of a full stop at the end of the first sentence).
