get into the forum

Several time, I want to give comment on your forum on particular topic, but I cannot enter. Why there is no longer new post button to click to get into the forum?
I like mr alan essay but to give my opinion or question on the forum, it's no use for me.

I don't know what you are looking at, but as long as you are logged in you will find a 'new topic' button by clicking on any of the forum titles on the home page:
http://www.english-test.net/forum/
and you will find a 'post reply' button on each page.
